Brennan is the former Director of Industry Outreach and Supply ChainResilience at DoD, where she led multiple efforts across three Presidential Administrations to strengthen industrial capacity in partnership with industry and allied governments. In the private sector, she ran supply chain R&D programs, led strategic planning for for-profit, non-profit, and government clients, and built cutting-edge financial risk models. She now brings that practitioner expertise to building the next generation of supply chain analytics at Vantive.

Dr. Mark T. Esper is Chairman of the National Security Practice and a Director at Red Cell. He served as the 27th U.S. Secretary of Defense, leading implementation of the National Defense Strategy and driving military modernization. Previously, he was Secretary of the Army and held senior roles at Raytheon, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Aerospace Industries Association. A West Point graduate and Gulf War veteran, Dr. Esper is the first John S. McCain Distinguished Fellow at the McCain Institute and serves on the Board of the Atlantic Council.

Veronica is the President of Red Cell’s National Security Practice. She is the former Senate-confirmed Assistant Secretary of Defense for Readiness, where she advised the Secretary of Defense and led initiatives to strengthen operational preparedness across the services. She also served as Executive Director in Boeing’s Legislative Affairs and held senior analytical and leadership roles within the Department of Defense. She brings deep expertise in defense readiness, strategy, and government operations to advancing Vantive’s  mission.

Alex brings 20 years of experience at the intersection of advanced analytics, scalable infrastructure, and AI-driven product strategy. 
He led development efforts across quantitative finance, e-commerce, and edtech, with a focus on enterprise data ecosystems and machine learning architecture. At Vantive, Alex oversees the design and delivery of the scenario-based risk platform, integrating GenAI, agentic systems, and supply chain analytics to support operational decision-making at scale.
